This is the third of three webinars that focus on how nurses can protect themselves (and their patients and co-workers) from both physical and mental harm and how they can assist in leading and participating in WPV prevention efforts in their workplace.
This webinar focuses on how nurses can support and facilitate an effective WPV program and identifies best practices nurses can use to promote personal safety related to preventing and managing WPV in their daily practice. Resources that nurses can access to enhance or develop a WPV program and that assist with self-care when exposed to occupational violence will be identified.

Ms. Enos is a thought leader, published author and international speaker who has authored a comprehensive workplace violence prevention toolkit and partners with state hospital associations and insurers around the country to conduct violence prevention workshops for numerous healthcare organizations. Ms. Enos is a subject matter expert for several regulatory and research entities including, the American Nurses Association and the Joint Commission.
